4.2 Account Credentials

4.3 KYC Verification

8.4 Technical Malfunctions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100slot Platform. Engagement in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any associated balances:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder or a third party on their behalf.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon permanent account closure, any Real Money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable charges or offsets will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method. Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.
